Utilising retailors collected data, government, online and international data can uncover interesting and insightful information.

TASK

Our task remained clear from the start, it was to answer the following questions, who is our clients usual shopper? who are the top spenders? and finally what are the basic relationships amoungst them.

We deployed a KMeans clustering algorithm to produce our insights, based on groups of classification trees to segment customers by different marketable traits. These algorithms look at which variables are the best predictors of lifetime value and use those to build the predictive models.

 

RESULTS

Although we are unable to share our algorithm details at the moment our A.I. system was able provide insights and recommendations for the most effective decision to make with significant granularity, while our analysts provided additional support and consultancy.
